Documentation refresh

New detailed lifecycle and recovery guide describing real staging/commit/uninstall behavior, failure cases, and security limits.
Explicit Windows Apps & Features implementation acceptance criteria and test matrix (not represented as shipped).
Developer-defined offline UI requirements and release verification checklist.
Navigation and page ordering updated; previously hidden uninstaller guide is now discoverable.

Verification

Content checked against the current private Rust implementation. Await Next.js documentation CI (bun run lint, typecheck, static build). No runtime changes or claims of implemented registry support.
