Documentation for core BSIS #24

Explain --compression-level 1..19, default level 3, build-time CPU/size tradeoffs and unchanged installer format.
Update CLI flags, packaging examples and roadmap to distinguish supported selectable Zstandard levels from future LZMA2/LZ4 codecs.
Fix an outdated FAQ saying there is no graphical installer: distinguish existing opt-in setup and uninstall WebView2 previews from unimplemented custom developer UI.

Merge order

Merge after BSIS core #24 passes Windows and Linux CI, including Windows packaged smoke testing. Do not publish a CLI flag not yet present in core main. Validate docs lint/typecheck/export on this PR.
