UI improvement

Add a reusable <FileTree /> MDX component with proper nested lists, native expand/collapse, distinct file/folder/archive icons, dark/light theme styling, and copy-to-clipboard.
Replace fenced text diagrams on Configuration and Packaging pages.
Label the executable package as logical sections within one executable, rather than folders on disk.
Document the component for future pages.

No new dependencies; uses existing lucide-react and AriaDocs CopyButton.

Existing GitHub Actions must pass lint, TypeScript, tests, and static Next.js export before merge.
