Summary

Clarify & when invoking quoted full paths and .\ for a program in the current PowerShell directory.
Explain that a setup EXE run straight from a ZIP may be extracted to a temporary path which disappears when the window closes; keep a permanent extracted copy for uninstall.
Update the prototype and CLI guides with working uninstall commands.
Correct outdated guidance about existing empty destination folders and console pause behavior in Getting Started, Troubleshooting and Security.
